With your needs in mind, we have created packages that will suit everyone. When hosting your reception at Ramada Plaza Crystal Palace, you will receive the following complimentary (with a minimum food purchase of $3 000):
  • Ballroom, based on food requirements
  • Professional staff to serve you
All types of receptions include the following:
  • Skirted head table, gift table, cake table and guest book table.
  • Linen napkins and tablecloths (white tablecloths and different colors available for toppers) for a professional and elegant look.
  • Dance floor and table for DJ
  • Staging for head table.
  • Special room rate for out-of-town guests.
  • Special room rate for bride and groom in our fantasy suites
  • Centerpieces on each table (floating candles), a beautiful extra that adds to the decor
  • Background music to add to your celebratory atmosphere
  • P.A. system, microphone, podium for MC
  • Ample free parking with easy access to the Convention Centre
  • Bar set-up & Bartender
Decorations and wedding cake are not included but we would be more than happy to recommend someone for these important details.
 





Banquet Facilities

Our on site Catering Manager and Wedding Planner comes to you with years of experience and ideas that are sure to please everyone. You will know that at the Ramada Plaza Crystal Palace & Dieppe Convention Centre we offer service second to none. Your special day will be perfect with extra attention to every last detail.
  • Maximum of 250 people in the Champlain Ballroom and 350 people in the Republic Ballroom 
  • Rental charge chair covers $2/each
  • We have a menu available that you can choose from or our award-winning chef would be happy to cater a menu specifically for your reception.
